Dave Schooff, CEO and President of Coldwell Banker Commercial Fisher Group in Mankato recently earned the designation of Real Estate Broker in the State of Minnesota. This designation requires the recipient to hold a MN Real Estate License for a minimum of two years, 30 hours of specialized continued education, and successful completion of the Minnesota Broker examination.
In the State of Minnesota, Real Estate Brokers are allowed to hire real estate salespeople to work on their behalf, are responsible for the company’s legal and ethical obligations, and procure trust accounts.
Schooff has been President of Coldwell Banker Commercial Fisher Group since 2006 and has effectively moved the company forward as an independently owned and operated affiliate of Coldwell Banker Commercial.
