David Coughlan is the latest addition to the CBC Fisher Group professional real estate team.

Dave graduated from St John’s University, Collegeville, MN. He became an entrepreneur and owned, built, and managed a housing community for 25 years. His development experience and decades of property management will help his clients create and sustain property value. He was formerly a real estate broker and is also well versed in engineering, infrastructure construction, and finance. His role with CBC Fisher Group will assist his clients to maximize their experience—whether that’s buying, selling, developing, or repositioning property.

Dave is a lifelong learner, a musician and speaks fluent Spanish.

As generational residents of Mankato, Dave and his wife Pamela have a love for the quiet lakes and north woods of Minnesota. They have three adult children who share their zest for life, music and service to others.
